Berenice Lim Marlohe is a French actress from France. Her most popular role is as the antagonist of Bond Girl Severine as seen in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. She appeared in the French comedy Un joy n'arrive never alone with Sophie Marceau although not appearing in the credits. Also, she is the Brand Ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice was born on 19 May 1979, Paris France. She is from French Chinese origin and Cambodian origin. She comes from an French middle-class family that has the Chinese and Cambodian father. Her father is a doctor and her mother was teaching. While a young girl in Paris, she was enamored with art. She spent the majority of her time painting and playing piano. She was influenced by music and paintings as they were two of her biggest passions. The Jack Waltzer workshop inspired her professional career. The passion for acting grew once she learned about it. Within the 10 years following she completed her studies with the Paris Conservatory. After she graduated from her studies, she began auditioning for roles in films, and she got her first role in The Discordance (2007).
